Celebration.

This is what summer’s about for me—celebrating life by making the most of it and being thankful. I most enjoy crossing off my bucket list item by item this time of year, making memories throughout the season. But throughout my celebrating, there are two important things I'm trying to pay the most attention to this summer.

Details: I’ve always been told I was observant. I’ve always thought I was. But although I may notice a lot, I don’t catch all the little details I’d like to. Consciously paying attention to small details helps me to extract even the smallest joys in life, and I just want to see and appreciate them more.

A new thing: I want to make lasting memories this summer, and the best memories are made when someone possesses bravery. Instead of falling into the trap of routine, I’m trying to motivate myself to do spontaneous things that are new and different, and will stretch my limits; because if you take the time to think about it, a routine can be the same thing as a comfort zone, and we’re all trying to get out of those.

So here are just a couple photos of memories this summer.
